Happy Halloween!

What a busy weekend! I worked Thursday and Friday nights and then we had Halloween fun on Saturday. As you can see, Abby was a chef for Halloween. She had a tray of yummy (pretend) cupcakes with a hole in the center to collect treats. We took Abby to her first Halloween party Saturday afternoon. She had fun seeing other tots dressed up in costume.
Our gracious hosts, Julia, Stephanie, and Peter.
We tried for the impossible and took a few quick pictures.
After the party, we made a quick stop to trick-or-treat and Norman and Carole's house. We couldn't stay long because we had to get down to Stan's store for Nightmare on Broad Street. All of shops on the main street in town give out candy to trick-or-treaters and the police close the street. It's really fun for us because we get to see so many cute kids in costume at the store. This year we decided to have a few snacks for our family who usually hangs out at the store with us. My little helper was taking a break and looking at Elmo videos on her Papa's computer.

We handed out some candy. Then we took Abby trick-or-treating. She was so excited and had a lot of fun. While we were out we ran into the Berky's. I love that Stan and Abby have the same expression in this picture.
While we were gone we left the candy dispensing to two pros.

Abby was a little leary of all of the masks coming into the store but she had fun with her cousins and friends.
