I have the best family in the world. When I came home from my 10 hour shift they were waiting at the door to wish me "Happy Mother's Day". It made me so happy and I feel so loved. Abby was so excited to show me the book that she recorded for me. It is such a sweet book because it features questions that you read and have your child answer and it records the voices. Stan and Abby really surprised me because I had no idea they were doing one for me. They also gave me a beautiful picture of me and the kids, framed, a delicious smelling cranberry orange pink candle, and a beautiful pink mum. They also got me a gift card to my favorite store...TARGET. What can I say, they know me well. After Abby showed me all of the gifts that she picked out for me, we went out to breakfast at a local restuarant. We had such a nice time and we almost made it through the whole meal without a protest from Stanley. He definitely has a maximum time that he is willing to stay in his infant carrier. I keep telling Stan (and myself) that once he can sit in a high chair and we can feed him some table food it will get "easier". I am so thankful to be "Mommy" to these sweet little ones. Hope you had a Happy Mother's Day, too.
